We try our best to send your items out within 1 business day. 

During our product launches and peak sales periods, our team experiences a high volume of orders. As we operate with a limited staff, things can get especially busy. Rest assured, we’re working hard to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and support!

SHIPPING AND TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately—this means we’re unable to change the shipping address after the order is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier. Please note that tracking information may only become available on the next working day, once the carrier has updated their system.

If your order appears as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or looking for a delivery note. Still can’t locate it? Please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re here to help.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Please make sure you put in your full correct address, especially your door numbers. If you have provided us with the incorrect address and it's sent back to us. WE WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR SHIPPING. You will have to pay for shipping again.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all our international girlies we are happy to let you know you won't have to pay customs/taxes for your packages.
